Location: ALPHARETTA GA- 100% ONSITE
Duration:Longterm Contract
Required Skills:
Lead multiple cross-functional teams of architects developers and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements.
Lead daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog grooming sprint review retrospectives and manage complex dependencies across cross-functional teams to align with project objectives and organizational roadmap.
Partner with architects and developers to identify technical bottlenecks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure seamless delivery of scalable solutions and reducing post-deployment incidents.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and QA alignment.
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity burn-down sprint health) improving delivery predictability and transparency
Create and maintain JIRA dashboards and KPI reports enhancing leadership visibility and decision-making efficiency.
Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced and challenging environment
