Job Summary
Job Description:
Design and Implementation
Develop and maintain IP network architecture including LAN/WAN MPLS VPN and SDN solutions.
Configure and integrate routers switches firewalls and load balancers.
Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).
Network Optimisation & Maintenance
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and efficiency.
Implement upgrades and patches for network devices.
Maintain documentation for configurations and operational procedures.
Security & Compliance
Apply security policies across IP networks including VPNs and firewalls.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Support
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering operations product managers) to align network solutions with business needs.
Provide technical support during escalations and participate in on-call rotations.
Required Skills:
Experience - 8 years
Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS BGP OSPF and traffic engineering principles.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or related field.
Certifications: CCNA CCNP CCIE JNCIE (highly preferred)
both Juniper and Cisco skills are required.
this is for migration project and hence Cisco and Juniper knowledge is required. Additionally transition experience will bring in value.
Mandatory Skills: Cisco Routing and Switching .
