Reporting to our Office Manager our Part Time Cashier/Receptionist is the first impression of our business to our this role youll have the responsibility to ensure all customers coming through the door are welcomed assisted and excited to be at Palmen. Youll also be expected to work with customers on billing and cashing out of their appointments. Having the ability to strive under pressure and fast paced situations is required of this person. The ideal candidate will strive to exceed the customer satisfaction benchmark and go above and beyond to ensure a positive dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones

• Greet and receive prospects and customers

• Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson

• Work cooperatively with the sales team

• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner

• Type memos correspondence reports and other documents

• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing and positive demeanor

• Professional presentation

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility

• A clean driving record & valid drivers license

• A professional appearance
