Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Providing expertise in one or more cybersecurity domains: authentication secure network systems and architecture IAM data security cryptography infrastructure and cloud security etc.
Strengthening servers and networks against exploitation of vulnerabilities.
Implementing tools that help improve the security of the companys infrastructure and tools.
Contributing to IT and business projects to guarantee IT risk and security.
Security certifications (CISSP SSCP CCSP etc.)
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional and Architectural design for required solution.
Help in Structuring the project and support staffing required for delivery of required functionality.
Oversee IT and business projects to guarantee IT risk and security
Project management in the field of cybersecurity or IT risk.
Providing expertise about cybersecurity and information security.
Managing responses to ad hoc requests and prioritizing requests without delay to draw up project deadlines.
Structuring the project and support staffing required for delivery of required functionality.
Oversee IT and business projects to guarantee IT risk and security
Managing relations between the various stakeholders involved in administering the project.
Innovating and proposing inventive ways to solve problems.
Communicating requirements and disseminating changes to the IT and cyber risk reference framework including integrating risks into projects and assets; certifying project management.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

Must have
o Fluent communication in English
o Demonstrate expertise in the required technical topics required for the project
o be able meet minimum experience levels of 6 10 years
o have proven experience in IT Security IT project management IT implementation IT programming IT operations or IT transformation projects


Should have
o Project Management with Secured development

o Proven experience in Banking IT project management Banking IT implementation Banking IT programming Banking IT Operations or Banking IT transformation projects
o Possess profession specific certifications like CISM CRISC CGEIT CISSP CISA

Specific Qualifications:
- Good Project Planning and Execution skills
- Strong communication and coordinative skills
Prior experience in sharing the status reports to Senior Management team
Skills Referential (Required knowledge skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
o Proven experience in Banking IT project management Banking IT implementation Banking IT programming Banking IT Operations or Banking IT transformation projects
o Possess profession specific certifications like CISM CRISC CGEIT CISSP CISA
