IT Project Manager

Responsabilidades


Te encargarás de coordinar y alinear a las áreas de Arquitectura Infraestructura Seguridad y Group CISO.
Impulsar la alineación entre todos los equipos involucrados.
Gestionar los plazos regulatorios y mitigar los riesgos de cumplimiento normativo.
Supervisar la entrega del ciclo de vida unificado y automatizado del filtrado de tráfico de red.
Proporcionar gobernanza comunicación clara y rendición de cuentas entre todos los stakeholders.

Requisitos clave

Sólidas habilidades de gestión de stakeholders y comunicación con un claro enfoque en la colaboración y la capacidad de unir a las personas.
Capacidad para asegurar que ante cambios con impacto todo fluya en la dirección correcta.
Alta capacidad de ejecución: consigues resultados incluso sin un mandato jerárquico directo utilizando la influencia más que el control y con clara orientación a resultados.
Alto nivel de sensibilidad organizativa.
Fuertes capacidades analíticas: identificas rápidamente el problema central y aportas planificación y estructura al proyecto.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Project Manager preferiblemente en un entorno IT.
Capacidad de pensar y actuar a nivel académico; se valora positivamente contar con un máster en Ingeniería Finanzas Administración de Empresas o similar.
Dominio del inglés a nivel fluido tanto oral como escrito.
