Our Brisbane team is seeking a Principal Consultant who will be responsible for case management duties while also developing as a Queensland SME in the physical space with specialty areas aligned to individual strengths and interests.

There will be opportunities to support across Pre Employment Medicals Ergonomic Assessments Re-Thinking Recovery services Physical Functional Assessments and our Physical Conditioning Service under Work Cover Queensland.

Qualifications :

• 1 years experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant with demonstrated high performance or Senior/Principal consultant experience with a comprehensive understanding of workers compensation rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
• Full Professional Registration/Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist Occupational Therapist Physiotherapist or Osteopathy.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers medical practitioners employers and employees.
• Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.
•  Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
• Proven organisational and time management skills and ability to perform independently and contribute to the development of others.
