As we continue to strengthen our global operations and digital capabilities we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Antwerp (HQ) and help deliver key IT and business transformation initiatives across our organization.

• Organizing coordinating and leading multiple projects.
• Resource planning in detail per week/month.
• Managing the project scope.
• Maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Supervising the projects progress.
• Coordinating recording and ensuring quality compliance.
• Ensuring the project helps to support the organizations wider business and IT-goals.
• Complying with budgets and delivery times.

What do you need to be successful in your mission

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology project lifecycle management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Practiced and experienced in Microsoft Project and Project Online; expertise in Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Proven experience managing ERP (D365 F/O CE) implementations or migrations end-to-end
• Ability to develop detailed project plans manage timelines and coordinate resources efficiently.
• Experience in budget creation financial tracking and ensuring project delivery within budget constraints.
• Effective verbal and written communication to engage with team members stakeholders and clients ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations gathering requirements and maintaining positive relationships.
• Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements ensuring project continuity and success.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
