Job Summary
Job Title: LPN / LVN Ambulatory Care / Outpatient Clinic
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Work Schedule: Day Shift 5x8 Hours (7:30 AM 3:30 PM) MondayFriday
Weekend Requirement: Rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM 1:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to provide patient care in an ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting clinical operations and delivering high-quality patient care across a diverse patient population including pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Perform EKGs and assist with diagnostic procedures
- Conduct nasopharyngeal swabs and other clinical tasks
- Perform blood pressure checks and ear flushes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Float to other units or clinics as needed
Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license (state-specific)
- Experience in ambulatory care and pediatrics preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible dependable and adaptable
