Ecolab is seeking aField Service Representative IIIwhere your hands-on skills and customer-first mindset will help shape a more sustainable part of a purpose-driven team that supports water treatment and disinfection systems across a variety of independently in the field building trusted relationships withcustomersand delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

HowYoullMake an Impact:

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Execute required chemistry testslogand report data andmaintainproduct inventories at customer accounts
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance plans
• Provide technical support to customers;identifyingand resolving customer pain points escalating asrequired
• Install calibrate andmaintainchemical feed equipment and processmonitoringequipment at customer accounts

Position Details:

• This position will be based in Red Deer AB with travel through the area
• Targeted accounts are within the oil and gas power generation and chemical industries
• Some overnight travelmay be required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience
• Prior experience working in a lab environment
• Position requires a current and valid Drivers License with no restrictions
• Able to travel to the US for training/meetings
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to hot cold noisy or dirty environments
• Stooping kneeling crouching reaching balancing walking standing climbing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post secondary diploma or trade school certification
• Experience working in an industrial plant
• Water treatment experience including familiarity with water testing
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Specialty chemical industry experience
• Familiarity with boilers cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Annual or Hourly Compensation Plan

Base salary range is $52800.00 - 83600.00. This position has a base salary and is eligible for overtime.

Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education training experience work location travel (if required) etc.
