Job Summary
Overview
Responsibilities
- We have a team approach toward care in this 100-bed Level-IV NICU
- Average daily census of 90 with 1500 admissions and more than 10000 deliveries annually
- Neonatologists and NNPs provide 24-hour in-house care
- We provide a challenging clinical environment including conventional and high-frequency (both HFJV and HFOV) ventilation nitric oxide and whole body cooling
- Our team works in close collaboration with a full complement of pediatric sub-specialists including pediatric surgery in a suburban Childrens Hospital environment
- We have been long time members of the Vermont-Oxford network and our VON team maintains continuous involvement in QI initiatives
- We also provide neonatal services at two nearby Level-II NICUs with NNPs in-house 24 hours and neonatologists taking call from home
