We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineer with Land Development experience who holds an Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certification to join our growing team in Maitland Florida.

As a Site Civil Land Development Engineer youll work on a diverse mix of projectsincluding Residential Multi-Family Commercial and Industrial developmentsand collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on larger impactful projects. Our team thrives on creative problem-solving blending technical expertise with innovation to enhance the communities where we live and work. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to locally focused development projects while gaining valuable experience toward your Professional Engineer licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and drafting of site civil engineering plans
• Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities
• Prepare engineering calculations for:
  • Site grading
  • Stormwater management systems
  • Water and wastewater utilities
  • Roadway design
• Translate engineering designs and calculations into construction drawings
• Maintain client communications and help build strong client relationships
• Gain hands-on experience aligned with Professional Engineer (PE) licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• 03 years of land development or related experience preferred
• EI/EIT certification required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus)
• Understanding of land development planning preferred
• Strong organizational analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
