Work Schedule: 5 days per week (32-hour weekly guarantee)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility reduce pain and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment

Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
