Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to accurately input update and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry and amp; Management
- Enter update and maintain accurate data in databases spreadsheets and systems.
- Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
- Review and validate source documents before entering data.
2. Data Accuracy and amp; Quality Control
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
3. Documentation and amp; Record Keeping
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- File documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required.
4. Coordination and amp; Support
- Assist other departments with data-related tasks.
- Communicate with team members to resolve data issues.
- Support administrative and clerical duties when needed.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 02 years of experience in data entry administration or a related field
- Freshers with good typing and computer skills can also apply
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel MS Word and Google Sheets
- Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 3050 WPM or higher)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Data management systems
- Office software and file handling
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data entry tools or CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting
- Experience working with large datasets
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
