Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites Abuja. As Housekeeping Executiveyou willensure that all apartments are presented and cleaned along with the corridors and public areas to the Frasers standard.

What you will be doing as Housekeeping Supervisor:

To oversee the running of Housekeeping Team and to work closely with the Executive Housekeeper.
To deputise in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
To make sure the right resources levels are met every day including weekends and public holidays.
To assist in creating a positive work environment for all employees and to motivate the team.
To complete all tasks & goals given on a daily basis.
To ensure all guest personal belongings in the apartments as much as possible are left where they were found and if they are moved to place them as near as possible to the original place.
To report and log any maintenance issues found in the apartment to maintenance.
To make sure any items left in the apartment after the guest has checked out are brought to reception along with the appropriate form filled with all the correct details.
To report anything that might have been damaged or needs replacing whilst a guest is staying in the apartment or has checked out.
To create purchase orders on a regular basis of a list of cleaning materials which need to be ordered.
To be responsible for the incoming and outgoing calls from guests and ensure their request is met.
To report any discrepancies and poor standard found in laundry.
To be responsible of stock take according to Policies and Procedures.
To be innovative and constantly look at ways to improve the housekeeping team and cleaning standards.
To ensure all apartments have been prepared according to Frasers standards when guests arrive.

What were looking for:

Good command of written and spoken English communication skills along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials.
Previous supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.
Computer literacy and previous experiences with PMS are an advantage.
