Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead the financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with regional and global business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize costs.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models including scenario analysis and business case development to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize return on investment across key business functions.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance on strategic projects such as capital investments pricing strategies and market entry initiatives.
- Manage the financial reporting process ensuring accuracy timeliness and relevance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations sales and supply chain to improve overall financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead coach and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement financial excellence and professional development.
Senior Finance Business Partner LatAm

We are looking for a LATAM Sr Finance Manager to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the LATAM leadership team. This role goes beyond reporting focusing on insight challenge and decision support across a complex multicountry business.
You will partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations leaders leading planning forecasting and performance management while turning data into actionable insights that drive profitability cash flow and longterm value creation across LATAM.
What youll do:
Partner with senior leaders on budgeting forecasting and multiyear strategic planning
Lead regional performance analysis risks & opportunity identification
Build financial models and scenarios (S&OP cost drivers capex optimization)
Drive FP&A transformation analytics and automation (Power BI dashboards)
Lead and develop regional FP&A talent in a matrix environment
What were looking for:
8 years in FP&A Commercial or Supply Finance or Finance Business Partnering roles
Experience in multinational operationally complex environments
Strong financial modeling analytical and stakeholderinfluencing skills
Strategic mindset with handson execution capability
Advanced English
