Ansell is looking for a Sr. Territory Sales Manager (Monterrey) to join our team in Monterrey Mexico!

Responsible for the sales development in a specific region or segment and promotion of the Ansell brand in addition to studying and understanding the market/customers to propose solutions.

What your role will be

  • Achieve the quarterly and annual regional sales budget by effectively managing available resources and evaluating performance every six months.
  • Maintain updated entries in the Sales Force System (daily/weekly) and prepare GUARDIAN presentations.
  • Develop strategies to position Ansell products within key accounts through partnerships with approved distributors fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead the sales process for major assigned projects while expanding market penetration in designated states and coordinating cross-functional administrative support.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services through training to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Implement Salesforce and Ansell GUARDIAN principles to efficiently manage product mix new product sales and brand positioning with all customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement by providing monthly regional sales forecasts and market insights on new product adoption and customer behavior.
  • Conduct customer visits to provide sales solutions aftersales support and general training.
  • Participate in workshops safety fairs and industry exhibitions.
  • Comply with all quality environmental health and safety standards ensuring proper use of PPE and maintaining clean and organized workspaces and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties related to the role including participating in training and multifunctional project programs to assume new responsibilities.

What will you bring to Ansell

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing Economics or Finance.

Job Experience

  • Mandatory:
    • Knowledge of Industrial Health Safety and Environmental standards.
    • Experience in risk assessment and delivering training.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience as a Territory Manager or at least 4 years as an Account Manager.
    • Salesforce experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 especially Excel.
  • Basic financial mathematics.
  • Intermediate-level English (written and spoken communication).
  • Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
  • Public speaking ability.

Desirable Job Competencies

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge.
  • Postgraduate studies in Safety and Environment.
  • Training in Risk Assessment Prevention and HazMat emergency management.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability for national travel to service the customer portfolio.
