About the opportunity (multiple roles multiple levels)
This advert covers several openings across our client services/account management pathway:
Senior Account Executive (SAE) Account Manager (AM) Senior Account Manager (SAM) and Account Director (AD).
You might be ready to step up now or you might already be operating at a more senior level. Either way were looking for people who are motivated by great work strong client partnerships and delivering consistently high standards.
What youll do (shared across levels)
Across all levels youll help deliver excellent client service and keep work moving smoothly clearly and confidently. Typical responsibilities include:
- Build strong client relationships and respond promptly accurately and professionally.
- Run the day-to-day workflow: keep projects on track manage priorities and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and communicate brilliantly: contribute to meeting agendas status updates reporting and client communications.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver joined-up work bringing the right people together at the right time.
- Spot and solve problems early using initiative and sound judgement.
- Core skills and behaviours (important at every level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to express ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Arabic language capabilities are an advantage
- Strong organisation attention to detail and the ability to juggle a busy workload and priorities.
- AI-savvy and curious experienced with using a range of AI platforms for research
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering great work.
- Initiative: you identify issues propose solutions and keep momentum.
- Confidence working as part of a team collaborating across disciplines and building relationships.
- Solid IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
What wed expect more of at senior levels
For the SAM and AD roles were looking for evidence of:
- Leading and motivating teams coaching others and strengthening delivery through great people management.
- Owning client relationships at a senior level providing strategic counsel and presenting confidently.
- Managing accounts profitably and contributing to growth through new opportunities and existing programmes.
Where youll be based
You will be based in Riyadh
Some roles/teams may involve time spent working from other offices (particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi) depending on client and team needs.
