Job Summary
Job Summary:The Human Resources Generalist supports the organization by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivering key HR services and programs. This role is responsible for partnering with the HR Manager to ensure compliance drive employee engagement support workforce development and maintain operational excellence across HR functions including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and HR Functions of the Job: Talent Acquisition & OnboardingPartner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts including job postings sourcing interviewing and hiring processes follow approval workflows and compliance and manage onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure timely processing of transactions (new hires terminations changes).Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR metrics and business personnel files and documentation are complete and compliant with applicable laws and & Timekeeping SupportMonitor and maintain Time & Attendance systems; support employees and managers with timecard issues and leave with Corporate Payroll to process bi-weekly changes including new hires terminations and pay with payroll audits and ensure data RelationsProvide guidance and support on HR policies procedures and employee concerns (e.g. performance workplace behavior pay benefits).Partner with HRM and site leaders to address employee relations issues and support a positive work in investigations and ensure documentation is handled & Talent ManagementSupport leaders through the performance evaluation with supervisors to address performance concerns by providing guidance on coaching strategies accountability measures and documentation best practicesAssist in drafting and delivering corrective actions ensuring fairness consistency and legal & WellnessSupport new hire and open enrollment activities including employee communications and documentation as a point of contact for employee benefit questions; ensure proper documentation of benefit with wellness initiatives and program rollouts across designated HR SupportMaintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR processes and internal HR projects audits and initiatives as timely and accurate support to site HRM and cross-functional other duties as Responsibilities:No internal direct reportsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications:2 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior experience supporting a manufacturing in SpanishKnowledge and Skills:Demonstrates a strong service orientation; responsive and composed under pressure with a clear sense of urgency acute attention to detail and a high level of integrity and effectively to changing situations; flexible and resourceful in fast-paced -motivated and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative and reliable team player; results-driven with a solutions-focused excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel and Environment/Physical Demands:Approximately; 80% is in office environment 20% in manufacturing and warehouse note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
