Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR & GA operations with a focus on strategic leadership and team development
- Oversee personnel matters including recruitment employee relations payroll and compliance
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and with direct reports
- Manage union labour relations and liaise with government agencies (Disnaker)
- Implement and monitor competency frameworks and HR concepts to support organisational growth
- Act as a generalist handling a wide range of HR and GA responsibilities including Industrial Relations and payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Broad HR & GA experience (815 years) including payroll and industrial relations with a generalist profile.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to guide teams effectively
- Fluency in English with a preference for candidates from multinational company backgrounds
- Familiarity with competency frameworks union labour relations and government regulations
- Excellent communication skills both with team members and across organisational levels
- Open to placement in Cilegon.
