Job Summary
1. Execute vessel operations across coastal and import routes
2. Manage discharge documentation and stakeholder coordination
3. Ensure on-time delivery within laycan and minimize demurrage
4. Monitor and reconcile cargo volumes across vessel and depot
5. Identify and resolve risks ahead of vessel arrival
6. Produce weekly marine intelligence reports (vessel traffic port performance freight trends)
7. Design and implement cargo execution processes and SOPs
8. Drive alignment between trade operations and commercial teams
Requirements
- 510 years marine operations experience in oil & gas
- Strong understanding of vessel discharge and port operations
- Exposure to West African ports (Nigeria Ghana Lome Cameroon)
- Ability to link operations to cost margin and trading outcomes
- Experience building processes not just executing tasks
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
