Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to transform concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
Develop detailed 2D layouts space planning and design presentations
Produce high-quality 3D models renders and walkthroughs
Coordinate with architects project managers and clients
Select materials colors furniture and finishes
Revise designs based on feedback and project needs
Ensure designs meet functionality aesthetics and budget requirement

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Lumion or similar tools

Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning

Experience in 3D modeling rendering and visualization

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Knowledge of materials lighting and furniture design
