We are expanding our center-based services and seeking a committed BCBA who values collaboration inclusivity and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

Location: 2284 S. Ballenger Hwy Ste.G Flint MI
Compensation: $75 per hour Contract Position
Bonus: $3500 Signing Bonus

What Youll Do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
• Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Monitor data and client progress updating treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation consistent with BACB LARA and Medicaid standards.
• Contribute to a positive inclusive and team-driven work culture.

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Current Michigan LARA License (required).
• Experience working with school-age children and teens.
• Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred).
• Strong communication organization and leadership skills.
• A commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with integrity and compassion.
