Otis développe son activité et recherche son futur Coordinateur amélioration continue & qualité système (H/F).

La finalité de ce poste est le pilote des projets doptimisation des performances industrielles tout en assurant la conformité et lefficacité du système de management de la qualité (SMQ). Le coordinateur joue un rôle clé dans la transformation des processus et dans la pérennisation des bonnes pratiques.

Au cours dune journée type vous devrez :

• Identifier les axes damélioration et animer des chantiers Lean (5S SMED VSM Kaizen etc.).

• Mettre en œuvre des outils de résolution de problèmes (PDCA 8D DMAIC).

• Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mesurer les gains obtenus.

• Gérer et faire évoluer le système de management de la qualité selon les normes en vigueur (ISO 9001 IATF 14001 etc.).

• Préparer et conduire les audits internes et externes.

• Mettre à jour la documentation qualité (procédures instructions enregistrements).

• Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux outils Lean et aux exigences du SMQ.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Formation Bac5 (école dingénieur ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en production qualité ou amélioration continue.

• Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un environnement industriel (automobile aéronautique pharmaceutique etc.).

• Certification Green Belt ou Black Belt appréciée.

• Maîtrise des outils Lean / Six Sigma.

• Bonne connaissance des normes qualité (ISO 9001 IATF 16949).

• Capacité danalyse de données (Excel Power BI Minitab).

• Conduite de projet et gestion du changement.

• Bon relationnel pédagogie et capacité à fédérer.
