Service Users: Young people with complex needs including CCE high-risk behaviours self-harm and missing episodes EBD Mild LD
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in a Childrens Residential role that has management duties (or strong Deputy ready to step up salary adjusted accordingly)

Who we are looking for:
Our client is seeking Registered Manager to take over a settled home with a strong foundation. You will be confident managing risk experienced with complex behaviours and capable of leading a team through both stable and high-risk placements.
You will be comfortable overseeing:
A long-term placement transitioning towards semi-independence
A high-risk placement requiring structured support including DOLS 2:1 staffing and waking nights
Ongoing staff reduction plans based on risk management and progress
Strong leadership safeguarding knowledge and the ability to maintain Outstanding standards are essential.
