Your opportunity
The Lead Service Designer shapes the design of end-to-end services that support Scentre Groups digital products platforms and operational processes.
The role works across product engineering and business teams to understand user needs map service journeys and design solutions that improve how people interact with digital systems and services. By bringing together customer insight operational understanding and design thinking the role helps ensure technology solutions are intuitive effective and aligned with real-world use.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Lead endtoend service design across digital products platforms and operational processes.
- Conduct user research service mapping and journey analysis to uncover customer and business needs.
- Translate insights into practical service concepts experience frameworks and design solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders product managers and engineers to deliver feasible scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes reducing friction and advocating for customercentred design practices.
This role is Fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months.
What setsyouapart
We are seeking an experienced Service Designer with a strong background in designing endtoend service experiences that connect customer needs business processes and technology platforms. You are collaborative customerfocused and able to turn insight into practical service improvements. Experience in behavioural insights or behavioural science is a bonus.
Ideal candidates will have experience designing services within organisations that span physical environments and digital platforms.
