The Maintenance Specialist II supports QVC and ensures reliable facility operations by expertly maintaining troubleshooting and repairing HVAC electrical and control systems.

Where Youll Work

• This role isonsiteand will require you to work from our West Chester PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

Shift:

• 3rd Shift

What Youll Do

• Perform general facility repairs (plumbing electrical lighting painting wall repair) and resolve issues with doors and dock plates to ensure smooth operation.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on production and building equipment proactively identifying and correcting safety hazards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and repair low and high voltage electrical and HVAC systems including 480-volt devices with guidance as needed.

• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by organizing work areas addressing hazards promptly and adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

• Detect diagnose and resolve electrical mechanical plumbing heating/cooling and equipment issues to prevent operational disruptions.

What Youll Bring

• Strong technical skills in control systems blueprint reading and compliance with building codes with the ability to prioritize organize and oversee multiple tasks independently.

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in building maintenance HVAC or electrical systems required.
