IT Infrastructure Manager (SI Business Experience) Up to 100000 THB/ month Upcountry Allowance

Location: Rayong (Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Pluak Daeng))

An established IT Solutions company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Leader to oversee the team and projects to make sure things are covered as it should be as well as having commercial understanding e.g. business understanding to chip in from technical perspective by working with Sales GM and Deputy of GM to come up with viable ways to bring in revenue.

Big picture:

Youll lead a team of 10 IT Infrastructure engineers and support staffs within a System Integration business.

Look after infrastructure projects managed services and internal IT systems

Making sure high-quality delivery for enterprise-level customers

The role is a combination of technical expertise project management and people leadership

Your Role

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary infrastructure team (network systems cloud security)
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and SI projects - on time on budget and to the highest standards
• Oversee managed services operations ensuring SLA excellence and operational stability
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in customer discussions and pre-sales engagements
• Review and validate architecture designs (HLD/LLD) before implementation
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and technical capabilities
• Manage budgets vendors contracts and project profitability
• Champion best practices in IT governance security and risk management

Your Background

• 812 years in IT infrastructure with 35 years leading teams
• Proven experience in system integration IT services or consulting environments
• Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure projects
• Deep expertise across:
  • Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN SD-WAN VPN firewalls)
  • Server & virtualization (VMware Hyper-V)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and hybrid environments
  • Cybersecurity backup & disaster recovery and data center modernization
• Solid understanding of IT service management (ITIL or equivalent)
• Confidence in customer-facing roles and technical solution discussions
• Strong commercial awareness (costing margins decision-making under pressure)
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (professional working proficiency)

Nice to have:

• Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above)
