Job Summary

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing firm. We are seeking an entrepreneurial hands-on lawyer who is capable of running sophisticated deals independently from start to finish. This is a critical role to support our robust and expanding pipeline of lender-side transactions for our existing private lender and developer clients. You will have direct client interaction and the opportunity to work on creative non-template deals making a significant impact on our practice.

What will you be doing

Independently manage and run complex commercial real estate lending transactions from inception to closing.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of loan documents for deals typically in the $100M range including construction and mezzanine loans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing creative legal solutions for sophisticated private lenders.
Collaborate directly with partners and a highly skilled paralegal team in a fast-paced supportive environment.
Work on a variety of lender-side deals across the United States primarily for industrial complexes and data centers.
