Description

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to supporta wide range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations benefits administration and compliance. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive productive workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing interviewing hiring and onboarding
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements
  • Administer HR processes within the applicant tracking system
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support employee onboarding
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and employment matters
  • Support employee relations including performance management disciplinary actions and grievance processes
  • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with succession planning and training needs based on performance reviews
  • Support benefits administration FMLA disability and attendance-related matters
  • Serve as a liaison for workers compensation claims and related processes
  • Build relationships with community organizations and support recruiting and workforce initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 35 years of HR experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience beneficial but not required
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruiting and staffing processes
  • Strong communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees and leadership
