Job Summary

Direct Hire

Project Leadership

Lead civil and industrial engineering projects through planning design permitting construction and close-out
Manage schedules budgets scopes risks and resources
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers designers consultants and contractors

Engineering Oversight

Provide professional engineering judgment and technical direction
Review approve and seal engineering plans and calculations as required
Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and regulatory requirements

Client & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery
Support proposals presentations and business development efforts

Quality Safety & Performance

Promote a strong culture of quality safety and accountability
Oversee QA/QC processes and constructability reviews
Identify challenges early and implement practical value-driven solutions

What Were Looking For

Required

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field
7 years of engineering experience with increasing project responsibility
Proven experience managing civil and/or industrial projects
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with industrial facilities utilities manufacturing or large-scale civil infrastructure
PMP or other project management certification
Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit MS Project or Primavera
