Job Summary

About the Role:

The position is responsible for the preparation and consolidation of financial statements ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. The role supports management through financial reporting analysis and insights for decision-making while also coordinating audit and statutory addition the position contributes to process improvements system implementation and cross-department collaboration to enhance overall efficiency and support the companys sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and consolidate group financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
Oversee daily accounting operations reconciliations audits and tax filings.
Drive process improvements system enhancements and strengthen internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams on financial and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

Over 8 years of professional experience at a Big 5 accounting firm and 3 years in a corporate environment with a strong focus on consolidation reporting and related financial tasks.
Strong knowledge of IFRS financial reporting standards.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
CPA qualification a plus.
Strong English communication skills. Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
