Key ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
Responsible for answering queries and resolving customer issues through inbound calls and emails within a given TAT
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
Attend to calls and emails from customers. Resolve customer queries/issues on call.
Raise the required orders in SAP based on the set guidelines.
Provide accurate and qualitative information to customers on every call and email.
Promote teamwork and project success.
Ability to understand what makes the customer tick.
Implement all feedback given by supervisors.
Clarify updates with supervisors to obtain full understanding of the information requested.
Participate in periodic conference calls with North American clients during performance reviews.
Familiarize & Adhere to AMAT information security & quality policies and standards.
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all times.
Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
Reporting information security incidents immediately.
