Purpose of this role:

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineering Intern to support continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in process optimization data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic production environment.

The intern will work alongside engineering and operations teams to evaluate processes support improvement efforts and contribute to key operational projects.

In this position you will

• Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collect organize and interpret production and experimental data
• Support process trials and testing activities under engineering guidance
• Monitor and assist with quality and process control activities
• Document findings procedures and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production quality and engineering
• Support ongoing projects and operational initiatives as needed
• Present a summary of work and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship

The knowledge skills and abilities you will bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Operations Management or a related field
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to observe document and analyze processes
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
