About the Role

This is not a passive sales role.

You will be on the ground in the market building strong relationships driving specifications and converting opportunities into revenue. Your focus will be to grow market share by working closely with installers fabricators manufacturers architects and designers.

• Secure product specifications in architectural and design projects

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Deliver against clear sales targets and territory plans

Experience Required

• 35 years in sales within interior/exterior finishes or related industries
• Strong understanding of construction building or specification sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience working with architects designers or project stakeholders
