SwimKids Utah is seeking a strong people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations develop a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional experience for every family we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes ownership of results and is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead hire train and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency consistency and high-quality service
• Maintain a positive accountable team culture aligned with company values
• Monitor performance and forecast staffing and business needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness organization and overall presentation
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve escalated concerns
• Partner with ownership to support growth and continuous improvement

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Previous leadership or management experience (required)
• Strong ability to lead coach and hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized dependable and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids and families

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $50000$55000/year
• Salary based on experience and leadership background

SCHEDULE
Average of 45 hours per week
MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
Occasional Saturdays required
Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts
