What Youll Do

As General Manager you will:

• Lead hire train and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency consistency and exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a positive accountable team culture aligned with company values
• Monitor performance and help forecast staffing and operational needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness organization and professional presentation
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Partner with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement
• Lead by example and help create a high-energy team-oriented workplace

• Previous leadership or management experience required
• Strong ability to coach motivate and hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule

• Average of 45 hours per week
• MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts
