GENERAL DUTIES:

Assist with inventory tracking preparation and serving of food items. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applications
• Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
• Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of ingredients supplies and methods used in cooking
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
