As we continue to evolve we are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about partnering with leaders across the organisation to build strong teams and a workplace culture where people feel supported valued and connected to the city.
Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Manager you will work closely with senior leaders across your portfolio to provide both strategic guidance and operational advice. Your work will directly shape CNs workforce strategy by offering practical future focused people solutions that help leaders build capable engaged and high performing teams.
A core part of your role will be leading complex employee and industrial relations matters including workplace investigations conflict resolution and supporting leaders through workplace change. You will provide strategic advice on workforce planning strengthen leadership capability through targeted coaching and lead a broad range of People & Culture projects across your portfolio. You will also play a key role in building internal capability by coaching and guiding People & Culture Advisors to provide high quality solutions focused frontline advice.
Through your work youll bring a coaching mindset build genuine and trusting relationships and work collaboratively with others to strengthen leadership capability and lift the quality and consistency of frontline people practices.

Remuneration: $123663.63 17.5% Annual Leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
