HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships translate business challenges into impactful HR interventions and deliver end-to-end HR support across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

• Include driving strategic HR initiatives such as performance management talent management succession planning organisational development workforce planning leadership development recruitment employee relations rewards and change management.
• The successful candidate will also provide data-driven HR insights ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and support leaders in fostering a high-performance inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree in Human Resources Management Social Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
• 58 years of Human Resources Management experience.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy organisational design talent acquisition employee relations change management rewards HR reporting and stakeholder engagement will be essential.
• Success in this role will require excellent communication skills sound judgement strong analytical ability attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
