As SourceHub we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting Human Resources Information Technology Procurement and Supply Chain Legal and Compliance and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.
We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support and execute the companys financial activities ensuring data accuracy financial control and decision-making support.
This professional will be responsible for financial analysis performance monitoring budget control and cross-functional collaboration contributing to process efficiency and the long-term financial sustainability of the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor financial statements including Income Statement (P&L) Cash Flow and management reports.
- Prepare maintain and update financial controls periodic reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform variance analysis comparing actuals versus budget and forecast identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing budget reviews and reforecasts.
- Monitor and control costs expenses and revenues ensuring proper classification and compliance with internal policies.
- Track payments and collections providing support for cash flow management.
- Act as a key point of contact with Accounting Controllership Tax and other internal teams.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation and responding to audit requests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes internal controls and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines internal policies and confidentiality requirements related to financial information.
Prerequisites
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in the financial area at a mid-level (intermediate) analyst position.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis budgeting forecasting P&L (Income Statement) and cash flow management.
- Fluent English with the ability to participate in weekly meetings and prepare reports for the U.S. headquarters.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Totvs Protheus or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills organization and high attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset strong sense of prioritization and ability to manage multiple competing demands.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
