As an electrical engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Translate the product/code requirement to the engineer design specification.
Develop elevator electrical system architecture on power/communication/grounding etc.
Design the elevator system concept with pros/cons analysis
Digest the breakdown of the system requirement/DRS and deliver the requirement to the subsystem or components of the elevator.
Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
Design of cable of the elevator system.
Develop and execute the test plan
Verify/qualify the design
Trouble shooting in the lab hoistway or jobsite.
Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement drawings test reports users manuals etc)
Coordinate with other functions to ensure program success
Perform other duties as assigned and requested

Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of design experience with Masters degree or 5 years with Bachelors degree preferred.
o Design experience on
Architecture of complex electrical system on power grounding communication etc.
Cable design for complex electrical system based on parameter.
Wiring diagram of complex electrical system.
o Working experience in global company or elevator industry is preferred
Language:
o CET-4 and above. Good in written and oral English
Computer Skills:
o ECAD tool for wiring diagram E3 or Eplan is preferred
o Microsoft office tool set
