The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers interviewers candidates recruiters and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication candidate management and customer service.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Creative Strategy Account Media and Production teams to understand hiring needs and build accurate role profiles.
Source identify and engage candidates through various platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates experience portfolios communication skills and cultural fit.
Manage interview scheduling feedback collection and full-cycle coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Handle offer negotiation issue offer letters and initiate background checks to ensure all preemployment steps are completed.
Maintain accurate ATS records and track key recruitment metrics.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
Stay updated on advertising talent trends and market insights.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources Communications Marketing or related field.
35 years of recruitment experience; advertising agency or media/marketing industry experience highly preferred.
Strong sourcing capability familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS tools.
English proficiency sufficient for daily work.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive detail-oriented and result-driven mindset.
