How youll make an impact

1. You will support R&D teams in defining and integrating quality requirements across New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and large global product support projects also ensure project activities comply with internal quality processes standards and regulatory requirements.

2. You will facilitate quality-related reviews risk assessments and verification/validation planning also monitor project quality performance using available quality tools and systems.

3. You will support issue resolution through structured problemsolving and root cause analysis when quality deviations arise promote lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across R&D projects.

4. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product reliability customer satisfaction and process robustness.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a masters degree or above in Engineering or related technical field 5 years working experience on R&D and/or quality.

2. Knowledge of quality management principles product development processes and risk management tools (e.g. FMEA).

3. Familiarity with project management concepts (Gate Model APQP) Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above certification is a plus.

4. Systematic structured approach to problem solving strong customeroriented mindset ability to influence and work effectively across teams.

5. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to drive positive change strong analytical communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.

6. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
