Job Summary:
- Quality Customer Engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products
- Responsible for customer communication
- Problem solving with RtP1
Job Responsibilities:
- Striving for customer satisfaction: customer communication for all quality related topics improvement of customer satisfaction for assigned customers; handling and tracking of customer claims in SAP QPIT and related system
- Job specific: Focus on SiC claims for ME customers via distributors; close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team analysis lab and Chinese sales team
Qualifications :
- university degree in technical subjects or other university degree 5years work experience in technical field
- several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management
- experience in quality field; claim management; customer communication
- workable english
