Partner with the best
You will be responsible for the overall sales strategy/execution of the SBU in China. Lead/Develop sales organization manage go-to-market model. Work closely with regional/global stakeholders to ensure consistent/compliant/high-quality deal execution. Drive sustainable growth of the Industrial CT business across key industries such as electronics/semiconductor/advanced manufacturing. Shape the long-term development of the business in China.
As China Sales Leader - Radiography Systems you will be responsible for:
Taking charge of the overall sales strategy execution and results of the SBU in China
Leading and developing the China sales team to continuously enhance capability execution efficiency and customer/ market coverage
Driving business growth across key industries. Managing complex project-based sales cycles and strategic key accounts.
Operating and optimizing Go-to-Market model.
Building deeply relationships with customer stakeholders and representing the team at key customer/ industry engagements.
Working closely with product management/application engineering/service marketing/finance/legal/compliance teams to ensure all business activities align with BH commercial policies/processes/governance requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors or above major in engineering electronics mechanics or NDT-related disciplines.
Have 10 years of experience in industrial markets with background in electronics semiconductor non-destructive testing or related industries.
Have 5 years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
Have excellent commercial acumen strategic thinking and execution capability.
Have excellent leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic multi-tasking business environment.
Be fluent in both Chinese and English. Can use English as a working language (oral and written).
