We are currently seeking a Marketing Summer Student to join our team in Calgary. Reporting to the Manager Marketing this role will provide support with document management file organization and general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining exposure to how commercial marketing teams operate in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Marketing Analysts and other team members to ensure documents are accurate organized and easily accessible while also supporting day-to-day team activities.
Responsibilities:
Organize Marketing files in Teams SharePoint and shared drives.
Apply file naming standards and help keep documents accurate and up to date.
Assist with filing confirmations and agreements.
Support document migration and basic document control activities.
Help with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Work closely with Marketing analysts
Assist with new software testing and implementation.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Commerce or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Work Schedule
This is a temporary summer position running from May to August 2026 with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
Work Environment
This role is based in our Calgary TD office.
