- Role Overview
  - As the SAP Data Migration Delivery Lead you will be the strategic and technical heartbeat of

our data transition efforts. You arent just moving records; you are ensuring the integrity of our

digital core. You will lead cross-functional teams to design execute and govern the end-to-end

migration of complex data sets from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

- Key Responsibilities
  - Strategy & Planning: Define the data migration strategy including scoping

extraction transformation and upload cycles (Mock Cuts).

- - Team Leadership: Manage a team of functional consultants and technical

developers ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical

execution.

- - Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards mapping rules and

validation protocols to ensure Fit for Purpose data.

- - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between IT and Business

owners to resolve data defects and secure sign-offs.

- - Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the ETL (Extract Transform Load)

process and implement contingency plans to ensure go-live readiness
