Your Mission:
Working with external stakeholders to resolve time-sensitive delivery issues ultimately ensuring the parcel is delivered to the intended destination;
Verifying shipments are sent to the correct location and as per the expected delivery schedule;
Working with external stakeholders in our delivery process from route drivers to account managers;
Working with each vendors shipping software to create waybills for specific locations
Packing pharmaceutical products as per seasonal protocols;
Assist with dispensing activities such as filling and labelling medication;
Assist with inventory activities such as receiving orders and counting inventory weekly;
Participating in responding to communication from various stakeholders including monitoring email accounts and answering phones

What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma (or equivalent);
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role preferred. Experience relating to pharmaceuticals is an asset;
Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Comfortable working with computers and learning various vendor software;
Proven customer service skills;
Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills;
High attention to detail within a fast paced environment;
Ability problem solve think critically and make decisions; and
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.

Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
