Senior Change Management Specialist
Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Change Management Specialist on a temporary basis (term up to 12 months).
This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with business units and project teams supporting a wide range of organizational initiatives particularly within our Technology and Manufacturing groups. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure change management best practices are appropriately and consistently applied across projects. This position is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate preferably located within commuting distance from Regina SK.
What youll do:
Collaborate with organizational and project team members to promote change management and change leadership practices.
Use FCL frameworks and tools to support the development and delivery of successful change management across the CRS.
Support early change definition and analysis stakeholder identification impact analysis change planning readiness assessments and reporting to ensure effective change adoption and engagement.
Provide regular status updates to Project Managers Steering Committees Sponsor Committees and the Business Program Manager.
Apply metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess change progress adoption rates and overall effectiveness ensuring continuous improvement.

You will be part of a team of Senior Change Management Specialists reporting to the Manager Change Management. This team fosters a culture of collaboration and empowerment. These fun knowledgeable professionals believe that we are people first and employees second.
You will collaborate with professionals across the CRS often leading through influence at all levels of leadership. You will also work closely with Communication and Organizational Learning teams to ensure alignment to a cohesive and targeted change approach.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Strategy & Change Management and:
Have 6 years of experience in change management project management or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting a refinery or manufacturing environment.
Have a bachelors degree in business or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Possess effective communication and analytics skills including facilitation or coaching experience.
Are familiar with digital transformation concepts the energy industry and/or transformational customer experience (considered an asset).
Certifications in change management (i.e. Prosci) or project management are considered assets.
