Job Description:
The Finance Manager Financial Planning & Analysis leads financial planning and analysis initiatives for the Corporate Segment providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making and operational performance. This role bridges business strategy and financial operations ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across all planning cycles.
What will you do
Financial Consolidation & Forecast/Planning
Consolidate Corporate Segment P&L to provide a comprehensive view of financial performance
Manage and oversee Business Plan Strategic Plan and forecasting cycles for the Corporate Segment including FMM debt cost earnings on surplus and reported income items
Ensure forecast accuracy and planning integrity across all cycles and reporting periods; conduct variance analysis to understand key drivers and further investigate when necessary
Executive Reporting & Analysis
Report monthly results to Corporate senior leadership through emails and meetings
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and comprehensive analysis of Corporate Segment P&L items for senior management review and decision-making
Create clear accessible reports tailored for non-finance partners to enhance understanding and engagement
Process Optimization
Continuously identify and implement efficiency opportunities across the FP&A function
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including GenAI solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting quality
What do you need to succeed
Professional Accounting designation or relevant degree with 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
Strong proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
Knowledge of Hyperion SAP Workiva and Longview is advantageous
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize prioritize and make decisions that require innovative thinking
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision and desire to learn new skills
Takes initiative and has strong attention to detail

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
