We are looking for a detail-oriented organized individual to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician you will play a critical role in ensuring that the highest of quality standards are met for all products and candidates responsibilities will include:Performs routine process quality checksPerforms quality inspections on parts and finished good assembliesFacilitates on processing field quality issues customer returns and supplier quality issuesAdministers the issuance of non-conforming reports and works with the affected department on the formulation of corrective action plansConducts training and certification of production associatesCreates and updates procedures and work instructions as requiredAssists in the maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems required by ISO 9001 standardsConducts internal audits based on ISO 9001 standardsWorks with manufacturing on process improvement initiativesThe ideal candidate for this position will have:2 years experience in quality related position in manufacturing environmentCollege Diploma or Technology program or equivalentWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal auditsStrong interpersonal communication organization skills with an eye for detailAbility to work both independently and in team environment to meet timeline-dependent Antec Controls we believe in hiring based on team fit.
